- **Complete Renovation** — Best for owners who want a fully renovated, furnished, and move-in-ready or rental-ready home, including space planning, built-in carpentry, feature works, furniture, and optional appliances.

- Final styling and handover

2. **Confirm the scope and quotation -** We prepare the quotation based on your floor plan and photos. For existing homes with built-ins to upgrade or replace, a site visit may be needed before the quotation is finalised.
3. **Renovate and hand over -** Once confirmed, we finalise the details, coordinate the renovation works, provide progress updates, and hand over the completed home.

Do I need approval from my building management?

For condominiums and serviced residences, renovation approval and site rules are usually required. We will guide you through the required submissions and work according to your building’s regulations.

Can I stay in the home while renovation work is ongoing?

For minor touch-ups or small repair works, this may be possible. For larger renovation projects, we recommend vacant possession to ensure safety, smoother progress, and better work quality.

What is the payment schedule?

- **40%** upon confirmation
- **30%** at the agreed project milestone
- **20%** upon completion of the remaining works
- **10%** upon final handover

Any work outside the agreed scope—including additional requests, changes to materials, or site conditions not identified earlier—will be discussed and quoted separately before work proceeds. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.
