This 280 sqft studio at Astrum Ampang — unit A-15-05 — was completed into a rental-ready home within an RM 11,500 all-inclusive budget covering feature wall finishes, a kitchen extension, curtains, bathroom fittings and the full appliance package. Because the unit already had its core furniture in place, the fit-out was deliberately targeted: budget went into the finishes and appliances tenants notice first, and everything was delivered as a single turnkey handover.
