A newly fully-furnished studio is renovated with an installation of wall partition, to make the bedroom into more privacy for our guests' stay and to section off from the living and kitchen area. This unit is fully equipped with kitchenette which allows our guests to do simple cooking and watch movies selection from local TV channels on the flat screen TV. We want to ensure our guests to have pleasant and cozy stay. This apartment is also located within a short walking distance to D'Pulze Shopping Mall & Cinema Halls. Referring to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, foreign guests are required to pay a Tourism Tax of RM 10 per unit per night effective 1st January 2023. Tourism Tax will be collected by the operator before the check-in date. Malaysians or Permanent Residents with MyPR cards are exempted from paying the Tourism Tax.
