Fully-furnished Shaftsbury Residence studio located in the middle of Cyberjaya town and nearby to building offices. It is highly recommended for our guests who are on holiday/business trips as it is located in Cyberjaya city with many IT companies nearby. All kinds of eateries are located nearby, either a short walking to the next building or a 5 minutes drive to fast food chains like Burger King, A&W, Starbucks or to D'Pulze Shopping Mall. Referring to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, foreign guests are required to pay a Tourism Tax of RM 10 per unit per night effective 1st January 2023. Tourism Tax will be collected by the operator before the check-in date. Malaysians or Permanent Residents with MyPR cards are exempted from paying the Tourism Tax.
