Our Property is a Double Storey Terrace House located at Taman Kasipillay, Sentul West: The bedroom setting is as follows ( 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms):- Bedroom 1 : One (1) Queen Bed & One (1) Single Bed Bedroom 2 : One (1) Queen Bed Bedroom 3 : One (1) Queen Bed Bedroom 4: One (1) King Bed Basic amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, basic kitchen utensils, water heater, towels & toiletries are provided. The space Previously rented for long term, this house has now been transformed into a Short Term Rental Property that provides short-term stay for travellers, expats, lawyers and business persons. The house is newly renovated and painted in white. As such, we appreciate guests who take good care of the property by not painting or writing any marks on the wall. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house. Other things to note 1. A Security Deposit of RM 200 will be collected before check-in and will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out. 2. Corporate events and wedding events is allowed subject to a surcharge of RM1000.
