My place is a spacious apartment fully furnished to make you feel at home, away from home! Top reasons why you shall stay at my apartment: 1. Fun - Rooftop Infinity Pool to experience the ultimate skyline of KL city The space We provide a good sanitary environment! 75% alcohol based sanitizer and indoor disinfectant used to clean the house! All the bed linens to be washed with hot water is best to remove germs! For now, many of our facilities (swimming pools, gym, libbrary) will be closed due to the government's new approach policy, and new notices have been posted on the elevator / notice board. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For the safety of everyone, management was forced to close the facilities. Our place is designed with love catering to the needs of sophisticated yuppies and urbanities who enjoy the city lifestyle. Please take note that this Apartment is Dual key apartment, have 2 main entrance. you are on the left unit, share the first main entrance with another right unit. But you have your own private main door entrance which is second entrance. Beside, this unit is hotel design layout which is only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a small kitchen( allow light cooking). *****About the apartment***** Property type: Dual Key apartment Accommodate: Up to 5 guests Bathroom: 2 Original bedding: 2 double bed Additional floor mattress will be provided after 4 guest (will be charges RM40 per head after 2 pax) *Only 1 body towel per stay for each guest. Any parking in the building? - Yes, indoor parkings available with unlimited access (fee applicable) - It is safe and particular parking space will be assigned and reserved. Parking lot number will be stated on the parking access card and you will know when you retrieve it on the check in day Any public transports nearby apartment? - Yes. From apartment to 2 train stations only 5 min walking distance. - KTM (Putra station) and LRT (PWTC station) How far from KLCC to apartment? Is it walkable? - It is near and only 3km driving distance (10min). Not walkable. How to go KLCC? - Driving : Only 3km and 10min driving distance - Use Grab App : It cost around RM6 in non-peak hour - Public transport: 5min walk from apartment to LRT - PWTC station and stop at Masjid Jamek Station. From here walk 5min to KLCC. The trip takes around 35min and cost around RM1.40. Any shopping mall nearby? How to go? - Yes. 5min walk from apartment to Sunway Putra Mall. - Take the apartment lift to G floor and look for an exit. Turn right and go straight will see a stair case then go up. Sunway Putra mall is in front of it. How far from airport to apartment? And how to go? - Driving : Around 59km and 50min driving distance . Not walkable. - Use Grab App : It cost around RM75 in non-peak hour (included toll fee) - Take bus :Take bus to KL Sentral. Then take KTM to putra station. Walk around 5 min to reach apartment. It cost around RM20 per guest. - Take KLIA Express to KL sentral. From KL sentral take KTM to putra station. Walk around 5 min to reach apartment.
